Meet the Art Department

Ash joined our team in June 2024 after earning a BFA in Studio Art from Murray State University. Ash specializes in creating custom components, Photoshop work, 3D modeling, and sculpture.

Ayreal joined our team after earning a BFA in Animation in 2022. She specializes in Photoshop work and enjoys creating custom components that help bring each family’s vision to life. Passionate about art since childhood, Ayreal takes pride in being part of the process that turns memories into lasting monuments.

Ben comes from a background in the newspaper industry, where he developed a strong foundation in typography and layout design. He takes pride in elevating every monument to its highest quality and also assists in departmental management to help maintain a smooth, efficient workflow.

Brandon has been a professional graphic designer since 2012 and has been creating high-quality monuments since 2017. He specializes in Diamond Impact etchings and oversees the department’s etching work.

Evan’s background as a graphic designer and artist naturally led to monument design. He enjoys creating enduring pieces that combine artistic detail with precision craftsmanship, using Photoshop, CAD, and Blender to bring each project to life. Evan also enjoys continually learning new skills to refine his craft.

Hank is our most senior team member, bringing over 50 years of experience and dedicated service. He ensures that approved drawings move into production accurately and on schedule.

Jill joined our team in 2021, bringing valuable drafting experience from her work in custom cabinetry and design. She is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and persistence, all of which ensure that every project is executed with accuracy and care.

Leslie joined our team in 2022 after earning a BFA in Graphic Design from Western Kentucky University. She specializes in illustration, photo editing, and art glass. Working closely with Brandon, Leslie helps oversee and produce etchings, and she also formalized our art glass process, managing its design and installation.

Makenna joined our team shortly after earning a degree in Computer Science from the University of San Francisco. She specializes in drafting, graphic, and ceramic design, using Photoshop to blend technical precision with creative craftsmanship. Makenna manages all aspects of the department’s ceramic design, production, and quality control.

Originally from Chicago, Michael brings a broad creative background that includes layout design, marketing, and branding work from his time in the advertising industry. Before joining our team nearly a decade ago, he also produced custom artwork and designs sold at Chicago’s festivals and events. Michael’s experience and artistic range continue to bring fresh perspective and creativity to the department.

Sam offers 8 years of experience and an artistically unique perspective, taking inspiration from both traditional and contemporary techniques to create dynamic and one-of-a-kind designs.

Steven brings over two decades of experience in drafting and design, combined with many years of leadership experience. He oversees the design of monuments, while striving for excellence within the department.
